What we collect

• Forms: When you fill in a contact form or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, and any message you send. This is processed by Brevo on our behalf.
• Bookings: When you book a discovery call, we collect your name and email address through Cal.com.
• Newsletter: Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Beehiiv.
• Anonymous traffic: We may use privacy-respecting analytics that does not set cookies and does not collect personally identifying information.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, send the resources you've signed up for, or invoice you for work performed. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@threeacres.ca.

Cookies

We avoid cookies wherever possible. Embedded third-party tools (Cal.com, Brevo forms, YouTube videos in blog posts) may set their own cookies when you interact with them; refer to their privacy policies for details.
